I didn’t expect much, but it held up through rain and mud without any issues. Not the fanciest thing out there, but apparently it can handle a messy day just fine.

It does the job, but it takes more effort to move around than I expected. I’m mindful of price, so I was hoping it would feel a little easier and smoother to use for what I paid

I went to get the kennel size I needed, but it was out of stock at the time. It was frustrating, and the whole thing felt a bit careless, like no one was keeping track of what was actually available.

This thing feels really sturdy and well put together, at least from what I can tell so far. The latches are definitely tight — maybe a little too tight at first, but I guess that’s better than feeling flimsy. It’s heavy to move around, so that’s something to keep in mind, but overall I’m happy with it...

The package showed up crushed and kind of half open, which was, you know, not great. I definitely wasn’t expecting it to arrive like that, so yeah, it was annoying

The crate itself feels solid and well made, but the fit info was a little off for my SUV. I ended up having to move the seats more than I expected, maybe around 3 or 4 inches, to make it work. Support was fine when I reached out, but I do wish the compatibility details had been a bit clearer upfront.

I ordered my usual size, but umm, it ended up being super tight on me. The sleeves also felt kind of weird and uncomfortable, so it just didn’t fit the way I expected.

The site looks fine at first, but I’m kind of tired of having to work so hard just to find basic info. On my phone the menus kept shifting around, and the pages were slow to load. After a while I just gave up trying to check the product details.

I grabbed this thinking it would hold up for years, but parts started cracking way sooner than I expected. I don’t have time to keep dealing with stuff like this, especially at this price. I reached out for help and didn’t really get anywhere, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Disappointed overall and I wouldn’t buy it again.

My order showed up in just a few days, which was quicker than I thought it would be. The box arrived in good shape, and the tracking was fine for the most part. I’m a little picky about shipping updates, so I’m not giving it a full 5 stars since they were a bit slow at times, but overall I was happy with the delivery.

Overall, the airflow is good and my dog seems comfortable in it, which is the main thing. I do wish the side vents were bigger though. It feels like I had to mess with the positioning more than I should just to get the ventilation feeling right.

I thought this would be quick to put together, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. The instructions weren’t super clear, and then you get to a couple parts that just don’t line up easily, which gets annoying fast. For the price, I expected the setup to be a lot smoother

I ordered a couple accessories for my Gunner kennel, they just didn’t fit the way they were supposed to. The straps were kind of awkward to work with, and one of the pieces wouldn’t sit flat no matter what I tried. I double-checked the sizing before I bought them, so I’m not really sure why everything felt so off. For what these cost, I expected it to be straightforward. I’m already mentally drained dealing with stuff like this, and the thought of going through another return is just frustrating.

The crate felt really heavy and awkward to deal with, I still didn’t feel like my dog was protected enough when we were in the car. I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t make me feel very confident during rides

The site has a clean look and it’s easy to browse, which is what you’d expect from a decent website. The colors and photos work well without making everything feel too busy. A few pages could use a bit more breathing room, but overall it feels simple, neat, and nice to use.

I was annoyed with checkout. It froze on me twice, and then my discount code wouldn’t go through even though I entered it correctly. I feel like their site is the one to blame here because I was just trying to place a simple order and it turned into a hassle

I bought a Gunner kennel and I’ll say it does feel really solid and well-built. But the drainage has been frustrating. Anytime it rains or I rinse it out, water just sits in the corners and I end up having to tip the whole kennel over to get it out. For what these cost, I expected that to be thought through a little better. I tried to look past it, but it’s annoying every time, and it kind of feels like a small issue that nobody really wants to acknowledge. Not a terrible kennel, just disappointing for the price

I ordered this from gunner.com hoping it would make road trips easier, but it didn’t feel very comfortable for my dog. The bottom seemed way too hard, and the shape had him sitting kind of awkwardly, like he couldn’t really get settled in there.

He’s usually totally fine in other crates, but with this one he kept shifting around and whining, so it just wasn’t working. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot more dog-friendly inside. Ended up returning it because it wasn’t worth it for us.
